1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SellNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Vendor Terms

Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. SellNow reserves the right to remove products or suspend accounts that violate our policies. Vendors are required to maintain active WhatsApp contact information for customer communication.

4. Product Transactions & Disclaimer
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

SellNow does not process, facilitate, or guarantee any product transactions between buyers and vendors. All product purchases and sales are conducted directly between buyers and sellers through WhatsApp or other external communication channels. SellNow is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with vendors but is not a party to any transaction.

  • No Payment Processing: SellNow does not process payments for products. All financial transactions occur outside the platform.
  • No Escrow Service: SellNow does not hold funds in escrow for product purchases.
  • No Refund Processing: SellNow cannot process refunds for product purchases. Refund requests must be resolved directly with the vendor.
  • No Delivery Guarantee: SellNow does not guarantee product delivery, quality, or condition.
5. Fraud Warning & Buyer Responsibility
FRAUD WARNING:

SellNow is not responsible for any fraudulent activity by vendors. Buyers are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution before making any payments to vendors. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Verify Vendors: You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any vendor before making a purchase.
  • No Platform Liability: SellNow shall not be held liable for any financial loss, fraud, misrepresentation, or damages arising from transactions between buyers and vendors.
  • Due Diligence: Buyers should conduct their own due diligence, including checking vendor reviews, requesting additional product images, and verifying contact information.
  • Report Fraud: If you encounter fraudulent activity, report it immediately to our support team. While we cannot recover funds, we will investigate and may suspend offending accounts.
  • Payment Caution: Never send money to unknown individuals. Use caution and common sense when making payments outside the platform.
6. Earner Terms

Earners must complete tasks honestly and in accordance with campaign requirements. Fraudulent activity, use of bots, or submission of fake proofs will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

7. Membership & Subscriptions

Vendor and Earner memberships are subscription-based and processed through our approved payment gateways (Flutterwave, Paystack). Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Membership grants access to platform features as described at the time of purchase.

8. Withdrawals

Earnings from tasks, campaigns, and referrals are credited to your SellNow wallet. Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds, processing fees, and verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified on the platform.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in any of the following:

  • Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation of products
  • Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other users
  • Use of automated scripts, bots, or fake accounts
  • Posting illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
  • Attempting to bypass platform security or payment systems
  • Impersonating other users or vendors
10. Limitation of Liability

SellNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SellNow and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Transactions between buyers and vendors
  • Product quality, delivery, or condition
  • Fraudulent activity by any user
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, designs, and code, is the property of SellNow. Vendors retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant SellNow a license to display them on the platform.

12. Account Termination

SellNow reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice. Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
